Marc Lamar is a New York City-based personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a client list as diverse as his training methods, Marc emphasizes strength training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life. He is recognized for his expertise in functional training and his commitment to developing and implementing innovative fitness techniques.

Working with everyday people, busy professionals, dancers, artists, and other fitness pros in the industry has encouraged his entrepreneurial spirit and love for teaching. By founding All Level Fitness, Marc has been able to personally brand his own style of fitness training to those who are serious about taking care of themselves both physically and mentally. “We don’t workout…we train!” is a commonly used mantra of his and anyone who has worked with Marc can agree that it is in fact a true statement.
